What we do...
After we decide on a price for your home, I'll advise you on any staging that may help you sell your home faster and for more money as well as any small repairs you may want to consider making. I'll arrange for my professional photographer to take pictures of the home, set up the best marketing plan for your property, and coordinate showings among other things. Of course, I also vet the buyers ahead of time and make sure they are qualified to make an offer before you ever accept one.
My marketing plan covers over a dozen items that will make sure your home sells quickly and for the most money. I coordinate all of the showings, present your offers, discuss the pro's and con's of each offer with you, and help you to negotiate the best possible deal. Once you are under contract, the transaction coordinator on my team will be the link between you and the title company, making sure all of the necessary paperwork, banking information, and deadlines are carefully attended. I will continue to be your main point of contact of course making sure the whole team is executing your transaction flawlessly.
